Adrien is co-founder and CEO of Mirakl, the world's leading marketplace solution provider. Adrien graduated from HEC Paris in 2001, and his career has since been guided by innovation, organizational transformation and entrepreneurship.

Through his career in investment banking and consulting, Adrien has had the opportunity to support large groups in their external growth, restructuring and innovation, such as the creation and management of the FNAC Marketplace between 2008 and 2011.

Founder of several digital companies, including All Instant, an instant messaging solution for businesses sold in 2003, and SplitGames, a video game marketplace created in 2005 with Philippe Corrot and sold to FNAC in 2008, Adrien has always been guided by the desire to invent the world of tomorrow.

Since 2005, he and Philippe Corrot have formed a duo that has created multiple companies, created hundreds of jobs and generated billions of dollars in business for their clients.

Adrien and Philippe created Mirakl in 2012. They previously partnered in 2005 to launch Splitgames, a marketplace dedicated to the world of video games, at the crossroads of e-commerce and media. When Splitgames was acquired by Fnac.com in 2008, they oversaw the integration of the technology and the design of the Fnac marketplace before taking the reins until 2012. Fnac.com is now the 2nd largest B2C marketplace on the French market.

Philippe Corrot began his career by co-founding KEYRUS, one of the first web agencies to advise major brands on the deployment of their digital strategy. After the sale of Keyrus to the Progiware group in 2000, he created MAYREV, a company specialized in the design and distribution of jewelry and fashion accessories, which he managed until 2005.

Sophie has been Chief People Officer at Mirakl since 2020 where she leads the HR teams, which consist of about 40 employees. She has more than 15 years of experience in fast-growing and rapidly changing multicultural environments as a Consultant, Project Manager and HR Business Partner. She has a deep understanding of the world of scale-ups and their issues of talent acquisition, team engagement, professional development and inclusiveness. Before joining Mirakl, Sophie was Group HR Director at Artefact. She is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Jean-Marie, a graduate of HEC joined Mirakl in September 2014 in the Sales Operations team before becoming Manager of the Business Development team.

He and his team work to convince new prospects to adopt the platform business model. In this video, Jean-Marie briefly and simply explains the basics of the Marketplace model. Guillaume Saintagne began his career in 2010 at AXA, first in the scientific sponsorship division, before becoming Campus Manager. He then joined Ubisoft to be responsible for recruitment and employer brand for Ubisoft in France. He joined Mirakl in 2020, where he is in charge of recruiting for the EMEA region, whose workforce doubles every year.
