This internship is a great start to getting actively involved in a Product team and access to Product Manager jobs in the future, as you will be the right hand of the CPO.

As a Product Marketing Intern at Mindsay, you’ll have an integral role working across our Product, Marketing and Sales teams, communicating about our product and translating its technical features into tangible business benefits.

What will you be doing ?

As a product Product Marketing Intern, your role will be to :

• Manage, improve, and scale product communications, ensuring they are timely, consistent, and compelling, both internally and externally
• Work closely with the Product Managers and Marketing team to create product demos, tutorials and sales enablement assets
• Ensure the Mindsay team understands how the product works, is aware of new features, and has the assets they need to showcase our product

On a daily basis, within the Product team, you will work closely to Product Managers, CPO, and also to the Marketing team to:

• Manage Product Documentation and ensure it is well written and always up-to-date
• Ensure the Product Changelog is updated on a weekly basis
• Work with Marketing team on monthly Product Newsletter
• Create product demos, tutorial videos, and sales enablement assets about Mindsay product
• Ensure customer feedback is centralized and organized in one tool

• Current student or recent graduate who can work under a “Convention de Stage” for a minimum of 5 months
• Passion for tech : you are curious to understand how things work and confortable in a technical environment.
• A logical thinker with good common sense, and an analytical mindset
• Always willing to help others and lend a hand
• Not satisfied by a job half done or incomplete solutions - you have high standards
• Empathic for customers and insight driven
• Goal oriented : you like getting your hands dirty and getting things done
• Detail oriented
