You are joining a 20 people Product Engineering team.

We’re seeking a seasoned engineer to lead pivotal studies ahead of product implementations, ensuring timely and well-informed decisions.

Your expertise will help in fostering technology awareness, adopting best practices, and instilling a disciplined approach to our technology adoption.

As a critical member of our engineering team, your contributions will resonate through the architecture, the codebase, and the broader tech community.

Key missions you could do:

  • Conduct comprehensive studies on implementing advanced features like zero downtime, advanced loops, relay agent, and nested playbooks.

  • Document these studies with precision, ensuring clear and actionable insights.

  • Share your findings and recommendations with the engineering team and CTO, ensuring alignment and consent on the technical roadmap.

  • Contribute to the codebase, delivering prototypes and advanced solutions.

  • Represent Mindflow in technical forums, both as a participant and a speaker, sharing our innovative solutions and learning from others.


Must have: AWS serverless, architecture, software development, communication

Nice to have: Typescript/Javascript, Public cloud, Security, AI

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proven experience with AWS serverless technologies

  • Solid background in architecture and software development

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Familiarity with Typescript/Javascript

  • Experience in public cloud environments and security

  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
