**The VP Sales will be responsible for new customer acquisition, sales strategy and execution.

VP Sales will manage the existing Sales Team and support sales and marketing strategy.**

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic sales plans.
  • Manage the sales team
  • Build and maintain Metroscope’s company brand, establishing our position in the market.
  • Collaborate with operations, products, and marketing teams to develop new product
    offerings within existing and new lines of business.
  • Represent Metroscope by driving business development with company partners.
  • Conduct market research and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Accountable for personal sales quotas based on corporate revenue goals.
  • Personally engage in key account sales, business development, and ongoing customer success.
  • Develop and actively maintain individual and regional sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business.
  • Measure and report results of sales and plan execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement and act to implement positive change.

Requisitos

You have experience in B2B international Sales **

You have a prior industrial culture and are committed to tackle the environmental crisis **

  • 5+ years documented success in enterprise software sales or business technology products and services as an individual contributor.
  • Experience creating data driven programs to drive company strategy.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with data management and analysis.
  • Experience leading enterprise software sales or business technology products/services teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
