As a Product Manager you’ll work closely with the Product Designer and Engineers to build products that are valuable and usable to its users, that are able to support a viable business and that are technically feasible.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Know and understand Metron’s target users and their goals ;
• Know and understand Metron’s competitive landscape ;
• Build close relationships with your product’s stakeholders and be recognized as the “go-to person” in the area ;
• Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback on how the product is being used and the experience users are having ;
• Research and refine valueability pain points and their current alternatives ;
• Collaborate with the Product Designer to research and refine usability pain points and their current alternatives ;
• Take informed decisions on which pain points the team should concentrate its efforts ;
• Collaborate with the Product Designer and Engineers to design feasible solutions that solve the pain points that we choose to tackle ;
• Collaborate with the Product Designer and Engineers to find creative ways to deliver the designed solutions incrementaly ;
• Plan and oversee in collaboration with the Tech Lead the delivery of the desired solutions ;
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to rollout the solutions delivered ;
• Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback on the impact of the delivered solutions.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager working in an agile environment ;
• Previous experience in Energy, Data Visualization and B2B SaaS products is not required but is highly appreciated ;
• You are able to efficiently interact with end-users, stakeholders, product designers and engineers and adapt your communication to the target audience ;
• You are familiar with the concepts and methods of Agile, Lean Startup and Design Thinking and are able to prepare and run relevant workshops when needed ;
• You are able to efficiently manage ambiguity and bring focus as well as structure to uncertain and complex environments ;
• You are able to efficently prioritize in order to reach your goals ;
• You are able to autonomously plan and run user tests to validate your assumptions ;
• You are able to negotiate and influence efficiently.
