The Mission for our future Energy Customer Success Engineer based in Belgium:
Ensure the customers’ satisfaction by understanding their needs to have effective relationships ;
Analyze customers’ expectations, targeted by the Sales team or by tender specifications, in order to identify the scope covered by our standardized solution, estimate the costs of implementation and follow-up, and the risks in terms of unmet needs & workload. He will identify the needs of other specialized teams and members of suppliers. His works will allow Sales teams to create competitive and profitable offers ;
Deploy and maintain our software solution to meet the customer’s needs ;
Project management during the initial implementation phase of the customer platform ;
Set up the Infrastructure for measuring consumption data (Data Collection & Data Acquisition)
create the reports (energy KPIs, cost, process), alarms and dashboards ;
Support our clients’ CSR & energy efficiency projects follow-up ;
Support customer in their training relative to the solution with the available materials on our dedicated onboarding platform ;
Be part of our internal operational excellence:
Improve internal processes and the level of our solution provided, to improve its implementation in a timely manner, to increase our profitability & our customer success ;
Capitalize on user and customer feedback by participating in the roadmap of product developments, user manuals and training materials ;
Occasionally participate in tools demo with qualified sales leads, potentially abroad.

Requisitos

Soft Skills :

Hard Skills
Mathematical logic – object-oriented language, basic knowledge in programmation would be appreciated
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Technical profile (Engineer, expert technician…). Other profiles confident with figures (Finance, scientists…) curious and willing to learn will be considered too
Energy skills (Electricity, Energy efficiency, yield, heat analysis, Energy costs) , GHG emission knowledge measurement system knowledge will be highly appreciated but internal training are an option
Proficiency in English, French is highly appreciated, Spanish, Italian, Dutch is a plus
