About the role:
The Business Developer is responsible for promoting and driving the execution of strategic commercial development of METRON within the EMEA region. The Business Developer will prospect actively Industrial Key-Account and Multi-Sites Facilities. The position will require a high motivation and energy to find new leads through different approaches (Phoning, Social Networks, Cold-mailing campaign). You will take ownership of the beginning of the sales cycle (from lead generation), in order to create a maximum of Sales Qualified Leads, to transfer them to Senior Business Developers for the rest of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to targeted Key-Accounts and Multi-Sites Facilities to sell, upsell and maintain positive long-term relationships ;
  • Generation of new leads from various sources (industrial database, personal & social networks, phoning, cold mailing campaign…) ;
  • Drive the first approaches including information collection, Account assessment, Organizing a 1st meeting.

Requisitos

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English & French written and oral communication ;
  • A first experience in selling would be appreciated ;
  • Persuasive communication skills: able to engage discussions to C-level executives as well as deliver clear and concise messages ;
  • Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly, and to work with remote team globally.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Sales hunter mentality ;
  • Experience in selling SaaS and/or Energy services is a plus ;
  • Strong multi-cultural understanding – ability to drive global results while remaining sensitive to local environments and cultural issues.
