Descriptif du poste

As Sales full-stack, you’ll join the MeltingSpot Sales (dream)team and will report to our COO. You will be dedicated to generating and onboarding a maximum number of leads, both in France and other regions (US, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK…). Amongst your favorite missions :

Insides sales

  • Perform timely and thorough inbound lead qualification


  • Develop the outbound sales strategy
  • Identify potential prospects and contact them in a creative and personalized way (Linkedin, Twitter, email) to book demos

Account Management

  • Carry out a continuous follow-up of these Prospects
  • Perform onboarding sessions with new Customers
  • Bring support to Costumers and help them make the most out of our Product
  • Update the information in our CRM on a daily basis and produce dashboards for your results
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead gen and sales techniques, and to our product development roadmap

Profil recherché

We are already interested in your profile if you :

  • Above all, and whatever your background, you have a deep entrepreneurial mindset and want to disrupt a huge market with unlimited growth potential
  • You are passionate about digital and Sales. You like meeting clients, whatever their culture and language
  • You have unparalleled interpersonal skills: ability to quickly build rapport, build genuine relationships with prospects, and communicate enthusiasm
  • You are result driven: sales is science, not magic. You are able to stick to your objectives and be metrics focused
  • You know how to use digital sales softwares (CRM, emailing, scrapping…) and you like building your own playbook (new ways to present our solution, new sales arguments…)
  • You are native in French, and a fluent English speaker
  • You don’t take “no” for an answer; you can be very creative when trying to reach a prospect
  • Finding information/contact details on the web holds no secrets to you
  • A first experience in a B2B SaaS startup is required (3-5 years)
