McDonald’s Czech Republic is looking for an experienced and talented candidate for the role of Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for managing McDonald´s brand and its various platforms in the Czech and Slovak Republic in line with local strategies, for short and long-term brand building and driving top line. The position reports directly to the Marketing director.
You will be:

• Lead a team of internal marketing supervisors.
• With support of Marketing Director to develop a long-term brand strategy building on individual platforms.
• Develop an annual brand plan with responsibility for its implementation.
• Apply customer´s insights and turning them into bold projects.
• Brief and lead Creative Agencies to develop best-in-class activities.
• Be responsible for brand communication plan in cooperation with Media Agency and Digital Agency and much more.

Requirements:

• A proactive, organized and energetic person with experienced level of expertise (5+ years) within marketing (FMCG, retail, agency background).
• Highly motivated to exceed in its role, adoption a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Ability to see the bigger picture but also to fix the little details.
• Experience with brand communication development on local level.
• Responsibility and accountability for given projects, a passion for brand marketing and an ability to collaborate and build alliances with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
