As a real strategic growth driver, ManoMano is now building and speeding up its logistics and transport activities in France and in Europe. We want to ease sellers’ operations. We are offering transport master contracts and turn key transport solutions to our sellers in order to create the best delivery experience for our beloved customers.

For this purpose, we are looking for a talented Transport Contract Manager to help us grow our Transport team.

You will take over the partnership with top carriers and manage the onboarding and seller support for transport master contracts.  Your job will contribute to offer our customers an exceptional delivery experience. Working hands in hands with the sourcing team, you will provide them clear processes and documentation to help them pitch the contracts to our sellers.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the good quality of service of the contracts. To do so you will be in direct contact with the carriers.

Your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano’s growth.

Your missions:

Formalize Transport Master Contract Standard 

- Build tripartite transport master contracts

- Define billing, onboarding and customer service processes

- Design onboarding chart & communication support

Communicate on Transport Master Contracts and onboard sellers

- Provide commercial informations to sellers

- Integrate master contracts to newsletters 

- Collaborate with sourcing and quality team to define onboarding priorities

- Define a commercial approach to deploy massively and fastly 

- Support Chart and Contract signature

Ensure a good quality of service on the Master Contracts

- Contribute to business reviews with carriers

- Create and maintain tools to ensure an effective collaboration with the carriers

- Stay alert and adapt to the carriers when necessary to keep a good relation

- Build commercial dashboard

- Update dashboards 

Preferred experience:

- Analytical and commercial skills, a first experience as sales or logistics assistant is a plus

- Hands-on profile

- Knowledge of transport operations

- Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace

- Curious and passionate about innovation in e-commerce/marketplace

- Fluency in English, French is a plus
