Our objective is to grow 20 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.

As a Senior Fulfillment Account Manager France & Spain, you will manage the business relationship with some of our partners and will be responsible for driving the sales done through our Fulfillment solution.

Your Missions :


  • Manage your portfolio and make it grow fast with our logistics solution :

  • Negotiate with sellers to increase their assortment on ManoFulfillment as well as to strictly follow our stock recommendation,
  • Follow closely the performance indicators to optimize the sales,
  • Prepare and deliver Weekly and Monthly business reviews regarding progress and state of health for your key accounts,
  • Train and coach sellers on how to use the different tools offered by ManoFulfillment, to make them fully autonomous on the solution,
  • Proactively build joint business plans,
  • Act as a point of escalation for seller issues, questions, or concerns.
  • Build long term ManoFulfillment solution, being the voice of ManoFulfillment Sellers :

  • Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities on the fulfillment solution,
  • Continuously seek for sales, operational and process improvement identifying and managing projects to improve customer and selling partner experience,
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  • Profile Requirements :

  • Engineering or Business School with at least 4 years experience, in sales/buying/consulting,
  • E-commerce background is a plus,
  • Excellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required, SQL is a plus,
  • Excellent project management, ability to work with legal, product, and other internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements,
  • Strong business judgment and negotiation skills,
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour,
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace,
  • Fluency in French, Spanish & English,
