Construction professionals face daily constraints of organization and can’t afford an after sale experience (Delivery, Customer Support) that doesn’t match their expectations, and we are looking for a Lead Ops B2B to make sure we do and offer a differentiated and competitive experience.

His/ her mission? Make sure our professional clients get the best After Sales Customer experience (Delivery, Customer Support) they possibly can, and demonstrate how much we value professionals positive experience! You will be reporting to the Senior Lead Business & Operations B2B and working on all ManoMano Pro geographies.

1-Build and tell the vision of ManoMano experience for Professionals

Relying on customer research, analytics and benchmarking as well as your own experience, you will write the long term vision for Pros experience on ManoMano. You will be the sponsor of this vision and engage the whole company with you, both leaders and doers, inside and outside the B2B team.

2-Coordinate initiatives and support

You will define the priorities for each geography, enabling the experts of the operational teams (Aftersales & Seller Quality, Delivery, etc.), to define initiatives and build their roadmap. As the sponsor of B2B Ops, you will support the operational teams in exploring topics when relevant, and help them prioritize the projects with Tech teams. You will also be hands-on and directly drive some project streams.

3 - Monitor & iterate

You are, with the operational stakeholders, responsible for defining the ambition and accountable for it. You will monitore the results of the different initiatives you are driving and propose enhancements to achieve our business ambition.

Preferred experience :

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education),
  • 6 years of experience in e-commerce customer experience, project & program management and/ or consulting,
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace,
  • Experience with DIY/ construction materials retail is a plus,
  • Ability to define a winning strategy and go-to-market plan,
  • Business oriented & 100% customer centric,
  • Strong data & analytical skills,
  • Strong Digital culture,
  • French and English mandatory.
