Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched in France the Pro dedicated platform in March 2019 with success, called ManoManoPro now becoming one of main strategic growth project of ManoMano. in 2020 we continue to grow and we want to accelerate our expansion in Europe.
We are now looking for a B2B Marketing Southern Europe, within the B2B Marketing team.
Your mission? To define and coordinate the marketing strategy and its deployment in order to succeed the launch and the growth of ManoManoPro in Spain and Italy : acquisition, communication, repetition and loyalty. You will be reporting to the B2B Marketing Leader.

Missions
If you are looking for a transversal and international marketing challenge, if you are native from Spain or Italy (ideally you also speak the other language) and if you want to join an innovative scale-up, this job is for you !
As B2B Marketing Manager Southern Europe, you will have 3 main missions :

  • 1- Go-to-market strategy and coordination
    You will be in charge of defining and deploying the B2B marketing strategy in Spain and Italy, throughout the Pro customer life cycle (notoriety, acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty), relying on the marketing and communication experts and contributors inside and outside the B2B team.
    As B2B Marketing Manager Southern Europe, you will be monitoring and following key marketing performance indicators. You will guarantee the right B2B value proposition for the pro customers and the reach of our targets on each marketing channel, with the objective of generating higher revenue and creating customer engagement.

  • 2- Customer Relationship Management
    You will be responsible for “Reaching the right person with the right message at the right time”, through a multi-channel initiatives implementation (website, email, SMS, triggers, mobile push, lead generation…) in line with our business targets. And you will be designing and driving the production of commercial operations on multi-channels, in collaboration with the sourcing and communication departments.

  • 3- Voice of Italian and Spanish Pro customers
    As the Italian and Spanish Pro customers referent, you will be taking part in the pro customer knowledge enrichment and making sure that our customer needs are always at the center of ManoMano projects (shopping experience and new Pro services). You will be collaborating with the tech, product and UX teams and taking part in the definition of our pro experience improvements.


Requisitos

Bac +5 graduated from a Engineering School / Business School / other (or equivalent university education)
2-4 years of experience in marketing team, working in B2B division is a real advantage
Spanish or Italian native, English bilingual

Audacious and ingenious in your work
Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
