Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Human Resources Apprentice.

Reporting to our VP People & Culture, you will join the People team.

As a key supporter of our talent management strategy and initially reporting to our VP People & Culture, this role will assist in a range of key topics in the field of Human Resources such as people operations, performance management, talent development and culture.

With strong guidance and supervision from our leadership team, you will contribute to:

  • Leading and improving basic HR operations and administrative processes;

  • Owning the performance management logistics, including internal communications around key company milestones;

  • Running focus groups to identify skills gaps in our employee population and working with a cross-functional team to propose custom-made learning solutions to fill those gaps;

  • Working with our Culture & Happiness Manager to ideate and implement initiatives and events to support our strong Lydia culture;

  • Engage in a number of evolving HR projects - including HR technology implementation - based on business need;

  • Defining, tracking and monitoring relevant HR metrics - including reach, impact and budgetary KPIs


  • You are in the right place if :

  • You’re looking for a one year apprenticeship starting September 2022;

  • You have had a prior first experience in HR or learning;

  • You are an enthusiastic person with a pragmatic approach towards work;

  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others;

  • You speak French & English fluently.
