The mission

The mission consists in :

  • working closely with the CEO and assisting her in various task
  • managing some key activities to deliver on plans and priorities under CEO’s supervision
  • challenging, formalising, and ensuring good execution of the strategy
  • helping build and scale the company
  • preparing and participating in meetings with various stakeholders : clients, investors

Detail of the role

The trainee will participate in a number of projects :

  • business analysis work on the competitive and partners environment
  • development of communication and marketing processes
  • management and reenforcement of commercial and partnership strategies (management of outbound prospection, reinforcement of CRM management, etc.)
  • build-up of the company’s team, with new recruitments, work on company culture

Position within the team

Under supervision of the CEO, the trainee will work hand closely with all team members !

Requisitos

The ideal candidate

Qualities

  • Autonomy and curiosity
  • Interest for environmental issues and the circular economy more particularly

  • Team spirit

Experience

  • Student in an work/study program (currently in a Master’ degree in Business, Marketing, Political Science, Environment or Engineering)
  • First experience in a consulting firm and/or in a startup at similar level appreciated
  • Knowledge in waste sector or in plants’ operations would be a plus

Skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (in French and English)
  • Business acumen and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Excel / Power point is a plus
  • Knowledge of online communication tools (Medium, social networks, etc.) is a plus

Proceso de selección

  • 1st Interview with CEO (by call) - ‘30
  • 2nd interview with CEO and test (in person) - 30’
  • Meeting with the team (by call or in person) - 30’
