The mission

The impact manager will be in charge of building the foundations of Lixo’s impact measurement and management.

The details of the role

The intern will work hand in hand with the CEO to build the Lixo’s impact methodology and measuring tools :

• Build Lixo’s impact network

  • Identify the relevant labels and organizations to work with (Société à Mission, B Corp, Zei, etc.) ; work hand in hand with our investors and partners to do so.
  • Initiate the evaluation / labelling processes selected during the identification phase
  • Collaborate with relevant entities (universities, consulting firms…)

• Build Lixo’s internal tools

  • Identify the relevant KPIs to follow
  • Creat Lixo’s impact measuring tools (data collection processes, etc.)
• Build Lixo’s voice in the impact community

Qualities

• Strong autonomy and curiosity
• Passion for environmental issues and the circular economy more particularly
• Team spirit

Experience

• Student in an Business / Engineering / Political Science university, with a passion for the environment and ease with numbers
• Previous experience in strategy / report writing appreciated

Skills

• Fluent in French and English (+++)
• Spreadsheet (Excel / Gsheets) (++)
• Written communication (for blog posts and report writing) (++)

2. Case interview with Marjorie (CEO) - 45mn in person
3. Fit interview with Olivier (CTO) and Xavier (Ops Manager) - 30mn
