    Lixo est une startup développant des solutions d’intelligence artificielle pour l’économie circulaire.

    En alliant des capteurs et des algorithmes de reconnaissance d’images, Lixo permet à tous les acteurs de la gestion des déchets (collecteurs, centres de tri, recycleurs, etc.) d’analyser des flux de déchets pour mieux les valoriser, les trier, les gérer.

    Le but ultime de Lixo : faire en sorte que les matières recyclées puissent enfin concurrencer, en prix et en qualité, les matières premières vierges

    Job description

    As Lixo’s first Communication Manager, your mission will be to build the winning strategy to install, develop and promote our brand and to increase our audience.

    Lixo’s ultimate goal is to become a reference in the Greentech space. In order to do so, you will need to help us :

    • increase the general public’s awareness and understanding of how the circular economy works at a global scale
    • Reach new B2B clients and engage existing clients
    • Ensure a seamless client experience across communication means


    (1) Define the 360° communication strategy (tone of voice, editorial, content …) and ensure its execution across all relevant touchpoints :

      • Website and blog
      • Recruitment tools
      • Events
      • Social Media,…

    (2) Develop Lixo’s notoriety among B2B clients (priority 1) and the general public (priority 2) through :

      • Implementation of the editorial & content strategy on social media and our website
      • Definition of the relevant formats that will make us stand out (podcasts ? videos ? events ?)
      • Definition and follow up on the relevant KPIs (reach, engagement rate,…)
      • Management of PR / ePR relations

    (3) Manage communication partners (PR agency, graphic designers, etc.)

    Preferred experience


    • We’re working on bringing high-tech to solve a worldwide problem : closing the loop of the circular economy. We’re looking for someone with deeply rooted convictions and the will to make it happen !
    • We’re looking for someone with a pioneering spirit, looking to challenge us on the formats, the ideas, the touchpoints so as to stand out and make a difference. We’re B2B but we’re not boring !
    • Willingness to work on 360° communication subjects (SoMe, press, events…) and motivation to work in a B2B environment.


    • 4+ years of experience ideally within in a consulting agency in communication, branding or brand strategies ; or B2B company / startup
    • Experience in social media management
    • Experience in third party management (freelancers, PR agency)


    • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
    • Autonomy (as the first communications manager, you’ll have to take matters in your own hands !)
    • French and English fluent speaker
    • Mastering graphic design and video production tools is a plus but not mandatory (freelancers and agencies will be hired)
