As Lixo’s first Communication Manager, your mission will be to build the winning strategy
to install, develop and promote our brand and to increase our audience.
Lixo’s ultimate goal is to become a reference in the Greentech space. In order to do so,
you will need to help us:

  • increase the general public’s awareness and understanding of how the circular economy works at a global scale
  • ensure a seamless client experience across communication means

Mindset

  • We’re working on bringing high-tech to solve a worldwide problem: closing the loop of the circular economy. We’re looking for someone with deeply rooted convictions and the will to make it happen!
  • From strategy to execution, we’re looking for someone able to think and build communication plans aligned with our objectives, as well as able to deliver within fair deadlines and to surround her/himself with the right people (freelancers, agencies)
  • We’re looking for someone with a pioneering spirit, looking to challenge us on the formats, the ideas, the touchpoints so as to stand out and make a difference. We’re B2B but we’re not boring!
  • In a small but growing team of 15, we’re looking for someone with a team spirit, eager to work in a B2B environment, and who will happily dive into our technologies

Missions

Reporting to the CEO, your mission will be to build and deliver an ambitious communication strategy to maximize the potential of the brand and support its strong growth.

(1) Define the core identity of Lixo: communication strategy, brand platform, tone of voice, territory, positioning

(2) Develop Lixo’s notoriety among B2B clients (priority 1) and the general public (priority 2): events strategy, management of PR / ePR relations, leveraging the Green Tech ecosystem, building partnerships, creating content, managing social media, managing ad campaigns

(3) Leverage the notoriety of the CEO: management of talks and conferences, preparation of speeches for interviews

(4) Manage communication partners (PR agency, copywriters, graphic designers, etc.), budget and planning

(5) Ensure internal communications and company culture


Requisitos

Experience

  • A minimum of 5/6 years of experience ideally within in a consulting agency in communication, branding or brand strategies, a B2B company, or a startup
  • Experience in B2B environment
  • Experience in social media management
  • Experience in third party management (freelancers, PR agency)

Skills

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • French and English fluent speaker
  • Autonomy and responsibility (as the first communication manager, you’ll have to take matters in your own hands!)
  • Mastering graphic design and video production tools is a plus but not mandatory (freelancers and agencies will be hired)
