We are  building disruptive engineering teams in the UK (London)

Your mission

  • Take ownership, research and explore new ways to manage our code lifecycle
  • Improve our CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with our Dev and QA teams to improve code quality assurance (unit and e2e tests infrastructure)
  • Help create the best experience for internal and external developers alike on open source projects
  • Develop and maintain internal tooling to address our development needs
  • Help define and advocate for engineering best practices and processes
  • What our Tech' stack looks like

  • CI/CD: Github Actions / Pnpm / Turborepo / S3
  • Testing: Jest / Playwright / Detox
  • Desktop: Electron + Electron Builder / React / Webpack / Babel
  • Mobile: React Native / Metro Bundler / Babel
  • Language: JavaScript
  • What we’re looking for

  • You have around 5 years of experience in software development
  • A strong background in JavaScript and experience with ReactJS or other Front-End frameworks
  • Knowledge on tools such as Webpack, Babel, Yarn, Pnpm, Esbuild, or others
  • You’re eager to learn or have an experience in building and releasing JavaScript projects and libraries
  • You often come up with new ideas to solve complex problems, and know how to get your teammates behind development best practices (clear Git flows, automation, CI/CD, tests)

  • An HR interview (30min)
  • A Team Fit interview with 2 developers from the team (1h)
  • Tech assessment interviews (coding and design) with 2 developers from the team (2 x 1h)
  • A Final interview with our VP of Engineering (30min)
