• Setup company standards for Infrastructure as Code and Infrastructure DevSecOps.
• Lead the company the Infrastructure as Code and Infrastructure DevSecOps community.
• Coach and train the Platform team and the L’Oréal IT community on DevOps and SRE practices.
• Contribute to the DevOps, SRE, CI/CD infrastructure roadmap for the L’Oréal IT community (in close collaboration with the Cloud Architects, the application DevOps CoE and other tech leads)
• Developing Infrastructure as Code to be used from development to production
• Solution design, development, test automation and bug-fixing
• Developing Continuous Deployment to automate both Infrastructure, Software deployment of a full application environment
• Delivering application teams with environments to be used for functional testing
• Implementation of logging / monitoring / alerting tools for production teams
• Documentation of procedures for deploying environments
• Impact analysis of major changes to ensure compliance to existing architecture and principles of the product
• Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, secure, scalable and cost-effective

In this specific position, it will be important for you :

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a DevOps development engineer in the design and implementation of a continuous deployment chain with the most used tools (Git, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible)
• Experience on Infrastructure as Code and expertise with Terraform.
• Familiar with scripting languages (Python, Shell, JSON, Powershell, Javascript, Perl).
• Microsoft AZURE Cloud expertise.
• Experimented on Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Dynamic, curious and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Quickly adapt to a new environment and new ways of working.
• Comfortable working remotely with a team located in several countries.
