Follow up the L’Oréal worldwide Real Estate portfolio (offices, distribution centers, R&I centers, factories, etc.) and the pipeline of Real Estate projects to come
Work in close collaboration with the Real Estate Zone Directors to review the portfolio and to identify new real estate projects in line with business needs
Prepare a quarterly overview of major Real Estate projects to be presented to the Group CFOMonitor and ensure the reliability and accurateness of the Eeal Estate global database
Monitor and report worldwide Real Estate KPIs to Group Deputy CEO, Group CFO and Zone GMs/CFOs
Advise country CFOs and Real Estate Zone Directors and actively contribute to the construction of the business case for major projects:

Advise and contribute to the performance of main diligences of the real estate projects:
Coordinate and follow up with the different stakeholders for the well execution of the above-mentioned diligences.
Integrate the Real Estate Validation Committee (led by the Group Head of Real Estate) for major projects and be responsible for writing a clear and sharp memo to be addressed to top management.
Coordinate and contribute to multiple transversal projects with the aim to structure and update the real estate guidelines and best practices to be applied worldwide
Work in close collaboration with the Real Estate team (Zone RE Directors, CFO, Legal Counsel, Retail Director, etc.) on the follow up and annual update of the Global Real Estate Roadmap which consists of gathering the main initiatives by pillar (Project Management, Finance & Legal, Sustainability, Construction, Retail, Communication…).

You have Finance skills and at least 5 years of profesionnal experience in Real Estate and/or Finance and/or Transaction Service and/or External Audit
You are highly collaborative and openminded

You speak French & English
Good knowledge of IFRS16 accounting rules is a must
