·  HR GENERALIST: discover the whole aspect of the HR function from Talent Acquisition to Learning, Careers and Mobility by working closely with our HR Managers for a specific business unit or brand.

·  LEARNING: boost our employees’ development and design the future of L’Oréal by creating and implementing innovative learning solutions to develop the strategic skills and competencies to grow the business.

· REWARDS: join our compensations and benefits team and be at the heart of the Group’s policies and projects promoting attraction and retention on a global scale.

· HR MARKETING / EMPLOYER BRANDING: lead communication projects to bring to life our internal and external employer value proposition, boost our employer brand, and attract the best talents for the Group.

·  SOCIAL RELATIONS: lead short and long-term social / labor relations projects to develop programs and benefits for our worldwide collaborators.

·  HR LEGAL: manage all individual legal cases with our HR legal team to ensure legal compliance with respect to French or International labor laws.

· HR DIGITAL, TOOLS & HRIS: join our HR digital team to become a change agent and contribute to Group development by deploying digital tools.


Requisitos

You are…

  • A Master student (M1 or M2 level) - (Mandatory) Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of at least 12 months issued by your school - (Mandatory as well)
  • A creative Entrepreneur: courageous and adventurous. You’re not afraid of steping outside of your comfort zone and trying out new things.
  • People oriented.
  • Respectful, you treat everyone the same no matter who they are.
  • Able to develop a strategic vision
  • Able to have a critical thinking with strong decision-making abilities
  • Confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • At ease with numbers and data
  • Fluent in French or English (speaking both languages is an asset)

Proceso de selección

1°/ Apply to the offer

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (with our HR recruiters Sébastien & Emilie)

3°/ Finally, you will get an Operational interview with your potential future manager(s) to convince them that you are the best fit! At this point, your recruiter switches to coaching mode. She or he will help you to best prepare your final interview!
