Your main role as PPM Project Manager will be to design, build and lead the implementation of the project portfolio under ServiceNow SPM/ITBM, as well as other modules of this platform and the implementation of specific tools. You will work closely with all stakeholders,the business and the IT/product side :

• Lead Project Portfolio transformation projects including project management, process design, solution design, technical tool design, and implementation on our client’s PPM platform under Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (former ITBM)
• Create and manage stories for PPM related improvements.
• Organise and manage proof of concepts ; present results ; make recommendations.
• Managethe project and portfolio management review in ServiceNow SPMand ensure the right synchronization to our client’s tools (JIRA, ServiceNow ITSM, ORACLE PBCS, PVCS).
• Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on PPM platform, including architecting the technical implementation of PPM processes andits security, organizing and prioritizing development efforts, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating efforts with technical teams and customers.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis ; between the business process owner sand the ServiceNow product owner.
• Guide the business on the functional requirements and the IT development teams on the product side.
• Lead workshops with project managers and directors.
• Organize and hold the governance of the implementation project
• Ensure the right reporting to all stakeholders, including executive management.

• Experience in Project Management and strong knowledge of PPM
• Understanding of ServiceNow Platform key concepts

• Proven experience in Project Portfolio Management, ideally under ServiceNow SPM or ITBM (functional)
• Fluent English required
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with varying priorities
• You have a good sense of listening, synthesis, functional analysis as well as a good ability to investigate and manage emergency situations.
