ℹ️ Job Description: As a IT Support Apprentice, you will be part of the IT department composed of 3 people. You will play a key role in ensuring the IT support and the administration of the IT management systems. You will be working closely with the IT Manager and a Cloud Engineer.
You will have the ground for yourself and the opportunity to grow as you go. In the first place within the area of system administration and its security and afterward in the cloud engineering.
⚡ Your missions :
You’ll assist people within Jus Mundi hardware and software issues,
You’ll manage IT assets (purchasing, inventories, warranties, licenses…),
You’ll manage users and their access (onboarding & offboarding),
You’ll ensure proper documentation and use of the issue tracking system,
You’ll create and maintain internal documentation,
You’ll administrate IT management softwares,
You’ll define and push workstation’s security policies through an MDM,
You’ll ensure the security of the Microsoft 365 tenant.
