You will be working with our Head of Growth to:

  • Define and develop a data-driven multi-channel customer acquisition strategy including, but not limited to branding, growth hacking, content, social, and SEO/SEM
  • Create, test, and improve advertising and acquisition campaigns on Google, Facebook, instagram and other platforms
  • Identify, implement, test and measure new growth tactics and marketing channels, to surface new strategies and creative executions to increase our acquisition effectiveness and efficiency
  • Establish processes and systems to ensure experimentation and measurement can be achieved in a scalable and repeatable model
  • Create dashboards to monitor performance and guide optimization decisions.
  • Conduct market research and deliver actionable insights to inform other executives and add value with respect to strategic discussions, brand refinements, and key business decisions

Requisitos

Desirable Skills

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience driving Marketing efforts / customer acquisition for a consumer internet business, ideally a fast growing start-up company where scaling the business is of primary importance
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social media advertising (Facebook, instagram, Twitter, etc.), and willingness to learn about new ones
  • You are relentless in the pursuit of growth, and love winning new customers
  • You master all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, analyzing data trends, and ongoing optimization
  • You have exceptionally strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Strength in strategic data interpretation and visual representation of data
