Position in the Field Development. You will take part actively to the training of the community of new Beauty Stylists and will help them live a premium experience when launching their activity.

Your missions will be :

• helping new Beauty stylists launching their activity (calls, emailing, in person meetings when needed)
• creating content and taking care of the training of new stylists (live, webinars, in person trainings, certifications)
• definition of the commercial animation of the new stylists
• answering questions on the dedicated Facebook group
• collecting feedbacks from new stylists, identifying needs (support, technological…) and taking care of responding to those needs to improve the performance of the network
• reporting on your missions
