☎️ Our B2B Team

“Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.”

The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.

  • For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

  • As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships.

  • Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants.

We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions of euros contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. 🎯 What You Will Do

As an Account Executive in the Card-Linked team, your main mission will be to bring top retailers from prospects to partners by selling them our targeted marketing solution including acquisition or loyalty campaigns, awareness, and insights. This will imply dealing with a lot of data based on banking transactions to provide them with the most cost-effective, simple, and elegant marketing lever. Coupled with a meticulous understanding of the sales cycle, our performance-based and targeted solution has all it takes to impose Joko as the most powerful marketing solution for retailers (Etam, Subway, Leroy Merlin, Galeries Lafayette…).

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Work on a complete sales cycle from prospecting to signing

  • Develop relationships with C-level retailers and agencies

  • Analyse payment data and produce qualitative insights to tailor the offer to the prospects’ needs

  • Participate in offline events (One-to-One…)

  • Close commercial partnerships with Enterprise accounts in Retail

  • Participate in improving the sales knowledge, tools stack, processes, commercial approaches, and KPIs monitoring


Requisitos

  • Experience: You have at least 2-5 years of experience in Business Positions or Finance/Consulting

  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English both written and spoken.

  • Education: You graduated from a top engineering or business school.

  • Energy: You thrive on connecting with new people. Your strength lies in active listening and crafting solutions to tackle challenges.

  • Mindset: You’re ambitious, like trying new things, and don’t take yourself too seriously. You take risks, learn from failures, and celebrate wins.

  • Values: You are a team player, you work with integrity and transparency. Humble, you never stop learning.
