Everyone knows Alexandra at John Paul. After arriving in 2013 after 10 years in the hotel industry, and having started her career at the Plaza Athénée, Alexandra had now been First Concierge EMEA for almost 3 years, after having successively and brilliantly climbed the positions of Concierge, Concierge Manager and Quality Manager. As she explains, each step she has taken has allowed her to gain expertise in each area and to acquire new operational, managerial and, above all, transversal skills.
Outside John Paul, her family remains her priority. Curious by nature, Alexandra likes to discover new places, countries, and cultures despite her shyness. Not very sporty, don't count on her to go to the gym or participate in sports races! Only horseback riding, mountain walks or vacations inspire her.
Laurent is the quiet force. He joined John Paul in 2019 as a "varied" Concierge and would be delighted to welcome other bearded men into his Team! "Varied" is the perfect word to describe his assignments: From a simple flower delivery, booking a Michelin star restaurant, going out to sea with sharks, finding the perfect wedding venue, or babysitters in Marrakech, no day is the same.
Epicurean, Laurent is passionate about history, art, good food and human relations. According to him, John Paul is the ideal place for anyone who likes to guide, serve, and accompany others. The team spirit and the good atmosphere among colleagues make the work "fun".
