Your mission:

Jellysmack is opening up a new role as an IT Support Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a company in hypergrowth with an increasing demand for support, onboarding, and the purchasing of hardware.

What you’ll be responsible for :

  • Monitoring, prioritizing, and responding to incoming IT related incidents and requests in a timely manner
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Performing remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and remote support tools
  • Maintaining users’ computers, including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Helping onboard new users
  • Installing, preparing and updating OS and computers
  • Keeping inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
  • Making sure that hardware, software, and services are purchased in the most cost-effective and timely manner possible

This is an office-based position for our site in Levallois-Perret.


Requisitos

A little about you :

  • 2+ years experience as a help desk technician or in another IT support role

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, and other tech products

  • Good knowledge of IT purchasing and hardware suppliers

  • Knowledge of SAAS products (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Monday…) is a plus

  • Knowledge of SSO and MDM solutions is a plus

  • Ability to excel in a client-facing role, strong communication skills, customer service oriented

  • Ability to work independently

  • French and English, both written and spoken
