In Retail monitoring team, we are focused on monitoring and development of retail prices in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. We cooperate with all significant retailers, especially with supermarkets and hypermartets. Apart from the prices we regularly check also leaflets.

What is your role about?

• Leading a team of data collection coordinators
• Shift planning and data collection planning
• Working daily with software for data collection (data processing, creating reports, ad-hoc analysis, control of data outputs)
• Dealing with ad-hoc requests from clients
• Occasional training of your coworkers or clients and participation in client meetings

• At least high school education
• Experience with project management or team coordination, ideally from retail field
• Advanced level of Polish, upper intermediate level of English and communicative level of Czech
• Organizational and communication skills, logical thinking, detail orientation
• Good time management, compliance with project deadlines, ability to coordinate people
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (basic functions, pivot tables)
• Willingness to travel on business trips to Poland 1-2 times a month
