Context
As part of our strong growth, we are opening one position for Software Support Specialist within the Support Team. You will be in charge of the Level 1 support functional requests from all our clients, issues escalation, follow-up and documentation.

Missions

  • Provide platform functional configuration requests from all clients.
  • Solve level 1 functional incidents.
  • Advise/educate customers with best business practices to ensure a complete solution to their problem.
  • Produce documentation, and keep it up to date, detailing the solution for the client and for the Support team.
  • Escalate issues or requests to appropriate teams and follow up.
  • Establish periodic reports on request and incident handling, causes, impacts and recurrences (internal and client reports).
  • Provide improvement suggestions on a support perspective.
  • Monitor alerting tools to be proactive in case of incidents.
  • Work closely with the professional services team.
  • Ensure regular reporting to the management.

How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.

Requisitos

Required

  • 2 years minimum of experience on a similar position with CRM tools configuration.
  • Advanced level on MS Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent knowledge of French, spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English (C1 level minimum), spoken and written.
  • Good writing and communication capacities.
  • Troubleshooting skills to help debug and resolve production issues.
  • Knowledge of customer contact center practices.
  • Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive.
  • Sense of customer and service.

The position can be based anywhere in France and Portugal.
No regular travels expected, but some annual gatherings in Europe.
