Context
To help our clients meet learning challenges, innso can count on Triboo, a Learning Experience Platform developed by Sitel Group that allows companies to easily create and deliver state-of-the-art training programs.
As part of its strong growth, the Triboo product team is looking for a SCRUM Master.
Reporting to the Head of Triboo development, you will work to facilitate the development of the learning platform Triboo.
You will collaborate with the developers (full-stack, front-end and devops), the product team and the project managers.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with outstanding organizational skills and a passion to coordinate people and projects with a mindset on deliverables.

Missions

• Manage tasks and timeline.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily updates.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide the development team to higher SCRUM maturity.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards.
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

Required

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a SCRUM Master.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science.
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Experience of Object-Orienting Software Development.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.

Nice to have

• SCRUM master certification.
• Knowledge of Python.
