Context
As part of our strong growth, we are opening a position of Business Data Analyst within our Application Delivery team. This position is halfway between business and data, engineering and business intelligence. You will be in charge of the data flows, reportings and dashboards of the innso solution to be delivered to our customers.

Missions

• Translate needs into technical requirements and achievable solutions.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboard of the innso solution (specific or generic).
• Develop data flows between innso solution and customers tools (specific or generic).
• Maintain the analytics offer of the innso solution.
• Ensure a high quality of code and technical documentation.
• Implement test cases and follow the good continuous integration practices.
• Work closely with Product and BI teams to ensure a good delivery and help defining the analytics offer.
• Provide specifications and guidelines for Sales, Professional Services teams and customers.

How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.

Most of our Application Delivery team is based in Lille, but the position can be located anywhere in France. Some regular travels to Lille should be expected.

Required

• At least 2 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL language and relational database (MySQL or Oracle).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of English (B2 level minimum) and French, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Talend and Power BI.
• Experience in AWS, SaaS editor and knowledge of customer services.
