Vikas is the founder and CEO of Indeez. As a global business leader in financial services with 24 years of experience in Asia, Europe and the US, he has held several leadership roles at AXA and American Express. He founded Indeez by gathering a team of insurance and sharing economy experts, having previously pioneered gig protection programs since 2016.

Pierre is the head of actuary of Indeez. He has 10 years of international experience in the insurance industry working with global insurers and global insurance brokers. He is leading the risk management strategy within the company and deals with all pricing-related subjects. He is also responsible for building a reliable insurer partner network on the insurance market to secure capacity.

Amira Chikhi is the Product Owner of Indeez. Her various missions in consulting and her technical functional background gained in the last 10 years while working for Axa, Scor and Intel gave her confidence to join Indeez and successfully lead the tech team.

Roya is a Director in the Global Partnerships team, based in London, UK. She has over 15 years of experience working in insurance, finance and consulting between London and New York. Most recently she has joined the tech startup space to impact and change the future of finance. Roya holds a BSc in Mathematics and Master's in Financial Engineering from Imperial College.

Martina is the Product Director of Indeez. Before Indeez, Martina has held several senior product roles at Amazon, between Luxembourg and Paris. Her passion for product and commitment to drive a meaningful social impact has brought her to Indeez. Martina holds a MSc in Economics from Bocconi University.
