Position: Project Coordinator - Green Digital Skills Certificate Program
Location: Flexible
Europe (preferred locations: France, Poland), or
United States (EST timezone preferred)
Preferred starting date: Oct 2022
Contract Term: Full-Time, Temporary, 6 months
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary Range (Gross): €1800-2200 monthly

INCO Academy is launching our inaugural GREEN DIGITAL SKILLS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM to train over 10,000 jobseekers globally with green digital skills to increase their employability for the evolving economy that increasingly requires sustainability-related knowledge & skills. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work with our global team of Program Managers in carrying out this program.

As Project Coordinator - Green Digital Skills, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient rollout of program operations, including the recruitment and management of program participants and the monitoring, evaluation & reporting of program activities. From program strategy to operational support, you will be asked to work closely with senior management and contribute actively in all program’s stages to ensure the program’s success.

The end goal of your work? Ensuring the effective implementation of a global training program for green skills that will create sustainable career growth opportunities for jobseekers across the world.

This is a remote position to be based in either the US or Europe, with the potential to work from INCO’s offices in Paris or Warsaw.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work towards global programmatic goals, including support of all operational processes to meet project admin & impact analysis needs.
  • Support the development & coordination of marketing/communications strategies to attract & recruit eligible learners across the globe for the program
  • Support program impact monitoring, evaluation, and reporting

Requisitos

YOUR SKILLS

Required

  • Demonstrated passion for social innovation, sustainable development, and/or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in any of the following areas: project management, communications, sustainability, non-profit management, account management, client support, consulting

  • Relevant international working experience, one or more of the following markets would be a plus:

    • APAC: Australia, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia
    • Europe/Africa: France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Poland, UK
    • Americas: Canada, United States, Latin America
  • Ability & agility to thrive in a fast-paced business-minded startup environment: at INCO we do the work of a non-profit with the mindset of a startup. This means our team members have a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive into creative problem-solving, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets

  • Open and adaptive mindset; able to work remotely, independently, and effectively in a geographically spread organization while ensuring clear & collaborative communications with your team through regular and transparent reporting

  • Solid command of productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Asana)

  • Solid proficiency in Excel, using advanced skills on a daily basis

  • Excellent written and verbal English; working proficiency in any of the following languages would be a plus: Arabic, Bahasa Indonesian, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish

  • Right to work in your respective location. INCO will not be able to unable to provide visa or relocation support.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital marketing / social media strategy
  • Experience with EdTech/online learning platforms
  • Some experience in virtual or offline workshop facilitation, or other event-related experience
