⭐️ We need you ⭐️

Joining the Customer Success team, reporting to the Head of CS, your mission is to expand the use of our recent Heart Failure solution and to increase the satisfaction of the clients using it.
You are the main contact of our clients to help them scale up their remote monitoring activity thanks to our solution.

  • You are involved during the pre-sales cycle to support our salespeople to close deals
  • You deal with the entire onboarding process, to quickly onboard our new clients and train our new users
  • You manage and nurture the relationship with our clients for the Heart Failure Solution and enable them to scale up their activity thanks to our solution, our playbook and our best practices
  • You visit on a regular basis the medical centers to develop their Heart Failure remote monitoring activity and increase the number of Heart Failure patients remotely monitored
  • You achieve a high-level of customer satisfaction with the objective to keep our fantastic 0% client churn performance and do a great upsell
  • You collect intelligence from the market, the patients and our clients to feed our product development roadmap
  • You promptly address questions and technical issues reported by our clients and our nurses
  • You develop a close relationship with our external devices manufacturer partners

The job requires betwwen 50 & 70% business trips.

Requisitos

You are

🥉 To be considered for this position, the following skills have to be obvious on your education / experiences:

  • You have a first successful professional experience of at least 2-3 years in Customer Relationship or Sales development in the medical sector, ideally at a company delivering cardiac remote monitoring services to medical centers.
  • You have experience interacting with and visiting medical staff in hospitals
  • You are performance driven with a competitive spirit
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that you will use to build a close relationship with our medical staff
  • Strong work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty and fairness
  • You are ready to travel frequently to medical centers located all over France
  • You have a driving license

🥈 In addition, here are some important basics to succeed in this position:

  • You know how to onboard a client on a new solution and lead successfully a project
  • You work autonomously
  • You know how to address challenging clients and tackle product issues

🥇 The bonus skills that would definitely make us pick you:

  • You are rigorous and know how to adapt yourself in an agile environment
  • You are comfortable with Excel and have ideally already used a CRM tool such as Airtable
  • You have a good level of English and are fluent in French in writing and speaking

💰 Remuneration
