As a Confirmed Backend Developer in our Tech Team, you will build and maintain new and existing services.
You will contribute to the long-term architectural plans with our Software Architect

At Implicity, our tech team is structured in self-organized agile teams with ceremonies to continuously improve our work environment and delivery.

You are directly reporting to Louay, our CTO and will have regular one to one meetings with him to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

Our Stack:

• Methodology: Agile (Scrum) with 2 weeks sprint, followed by production releases
• Languages: Typescript, Javascript, Nodejs, Nestjs, Angular 12 (+Python + Scala for Data Scientists)
• Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• BigData tools: Spark, Elastic Map Reduce, Glue
• Brokers: RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Database: MongoDB - Maria DB - PostgreSQL
• CI / CD: Gitlab

⭐️ You are ⭐️

🥉 Your Background

• Back-end Development with at least 3 years’ experience
• Experience in a highly regulated field would be a great plus (Health, Banking, Government)
• Open source project development experience is a plus
• Experience as a scrum master is a plus

🥈 Your Hard skills

• Strong experiences in both Typescript and Javascript
• Highly aware of secure development practices (Top 10 OWASP)
• At least one experience in a microservices architecture
• Familiar with production development workflow (code reviews, branching models)
• Familiar with Testing practices
• You have good documentation skills
• Experiences with Front-end frameworks (nice to have)
• Experiences with Industrial framework (Django, Spring, Rails) (nice to have)
• Fluent in both English and French
