As CTO your mission is to build, organise, inspire and lead a team of excellent engineers to deliver Hublo’s vision and strategy, by developing a game changer software for healthcare facilities, with best-in-class agility, velocity and quality.

More specifically:

  • Attract, hire and manage a team of excellent engineers, both managers and individual contributors, who can deliver success in their respective areas and collectively
  • Lead and inspire the engineering team by setting a compelling vision, clear strategy and shared outcomes
  • Set ambitious goals and make sure they are achieved by setting up the right methods, processes and tools
  • Manage, coach and mentor managers and engineers so that they can grow at Hublo and commit to the company success over the long run
  • Create and maintain a working environment based on commitment and rigour, but also proximity and fun
  • Ensure and animate good communication and collaboration across your teams, and with the rest of company
  • Understand and challenge technical choices made by your team, to ensure the proper levels of agility, quality and scalability

Requisitos

  • A game changer profile with at least 10 years of experience as CTO or VP Engineering
  • A true leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who likes building strategies and thinking long-term, understands business issues and challenges
  • A problem-solver willing to crack any problem with a particularly open and curious mindset
  • Strong knowledge and experience in scaling teams in a scale-up environnement, building an engineering culture in which people thrive, grow and perform
  • Successful experience in managing an engineering team of at least 50 people, mentoring and coaching managers and individual contributors
  • Ability to scale the hiring process by knowing exactly what makes a great software engineer, with ideally a network of smart people we could hire
  • Demonstrated brilliant execution capacities, defining and rolling-out recipes for project execution and delivery: you are able to track engineers’ velocity and capacity and communicate about them; if a project is not going well, you know what sort of corrective actions to take
  • A background as an individual contributor and willingness to get your hands dirty when the team needs it
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French & English
