We’re looking for an enthusiastic, agile and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People department. You will work across Horace to help hiring managers find the right talents in the fastest way. From Marketing, Tech to Creative and Operations, you will be responsible for the entire hiring process.
You will develop and execute the Recruitment strategy, and work with managers to help them find the best talents.
We are looking for someone with a great network of talents and a go-getter attitude, with a great sense of service. You have experience in building streamlined recruiting processes at a rapidly growing business.

You will report directly to the People & Culture Director. You will be a coach, a leader, a culture carrier and a collaborator, part of one of most exciting brands in the men’s beauty category.

Objectives

  • Reduce time-to-hire by sourcing high-quality and diverse candidates, screening talents for hiring managers and following up with the latter to make sure they move forward
  • Improve applicants-to-interview ratio by sourcing better candidates, strengthening our Employer brand, and developing your network of talents
  • Improve 360-day quit rate and increase probation success rate by working with hiring managers and helping them identify their needs, and making sure candidates are the right profiles for Horace.
  • Reduce cost-per-hire by internalising all the talents search, developing a network of talents and strengthening our employer brand

Tasks

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various departments and functions in the Corporate organisation, including but not limited to: kick-off meetings, sourcing, resume review, phone screens, structured interviews, reference checks and delivering offers
  • Define what a best-in-class candidate experience looks like at Horace, and design and refine the systems, tools and training to scale that vision across Horace
  • Facilitate and maintain an amazing end-to-end candidate experience
  • Develop and execute an efficient hiring process that is fair and unbiased
  • Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures
  • Develop and analyse our talent acquisition dashboard to identify trends and variances to inform processes and strategy
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to understand the company’s hiring needs in the short and long term
  • Partner with the Founders, leadership teams and hiring managers in headcount planning ensuring we’re thoughtfully considering organisational design and the right time horizon of our growing business as we open new roles
  • Act as a brand ambassador in promoting Horace as a great place to work
  • Develop and maintain key partnerships with internal hiring managers
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on hiring techniques and sourcing top talent
  • Ensure that applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience are aligned with our values
  • Developing sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract top talent while maintaining and building a network of talent for future opportunities

Requisitos

  • You have 6+ years in a full-cycle in-house recruiting for corporate functions
  • You have worked in a startup environment.
  • You have worked in a consumer goods category with teams made of various profiles (Marketing, Tech, Creative, Operations, Retail, etc.)
  • You have high energy with relationship building skills and the ability to take initiative, prioritise, influence, negotiate and partner cross functionally
  • You are able to effectively work with and communicate with senior leadership & Executives
  • You have a customer-service centric approach to Recruiting process
  • You are great at building and nurturing a network of top talents
  • You have strong analytical skills and have an ability to learn quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • You move fast while being serene, are great at planning while being flexible.
  • You treat people with respect, have a great work ethic, a great sense of teamwork and are honest.
  • You are proactive and follow through on commitments.
  • You have great written and oral communication skills, as well as a great sense of persuasion and great listening skills.
