After HEC Paris and Supaero and 3 years in M & A, Eugénie Chaltiel founded High Flyers in 2016. After attending 37 frustrating interviews where no one could place her in anything but finance roles, she created High Flyers to help start-ups and digital innovators structure and scale their teams and provide transparency to the undercover job market.

Always on the move, Eugenie’s a master of creating scavenger hunts for her two beautiful girls, is strangely shy about her standup comedy skills and can pitch pretty much anything. Our daring founder is driven by changing people’s lives through meaningful connections and stops at nothing to make this happen. She’s smiley, workaholic, friendly, curious and dynamic.

After several years in the start-up ecosystem in marketing and communication, Mathilde Néau joined her sister, Eugenie for the launch of the High Flyers adventure. Her mission: to put humans back at the center of recruitment. It’s all about human growth and potential!

As COO, Mathilde plays a crucial role in building and structuring of the Talent Strategist team (from 2 to 8 people). Fan of running, drawing and painting, you can find Mathilde doing yoga, reading and catching up on the latest podcast in her free time. She is Committed, Empathetic, Strong, Passionate and Focused.
