You missions:

FP&A:

• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Financials and Presentations (Actuals, Budget, Reforecast)
• Set up KPIs and reports for the management team and advise strategic decisions based on deep analysis
• Update, challenge and improve the Business Plan
• Help Ops teams (Marketing, Data, Product & Tech) develop a financial culture through trainings, adequate reports, involvement in their projects
• Support the CFO with preparation of board meeting presentations and stakeholders’ requests

Accounting & Corporate:

• Manage funds and cash-flow forecast
• Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings (Pennylane)
• Supervise tax declarations in France and abroad
• Continue the implementation of Stripe Billing within Finance scope
• Liaise with bank institutions and auditors (year-end closing)
• Management and professional development of the accountant
• Challenge corporate processes: purchasing, payments, traveling, etc.
• Monitor the currencies evolution of our main countries

Adhoc:

• Cost Killer role at corporate level: optimization of current tools stack with ops teams, negotiation of renewals, new contracts
• Management and supervision of our General Accountant

“It’s a crush !” if :

• You have 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally in a fast-growing environment in an international environment.
• You are familiar with financial modeling and love to deep dive in data.
• Accounting and/or audit background is a plus
• You speak both French and English fluently
• You are a do-er person and dealing with multiple projects simultaneously doesn’t scare you? You could be the ONE!
