 As sourcing manager, you’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of long-term strategies for our Co-Manufacturing portfolio for the baby food business. These strategies must be aligned with business and stakeholder functions priorities, such as Quality, Cost, Supply, Innovation, Sustainability, and Service.
 You will animate an extensive pool of suppliers, while implementing and reinforcing SRM to leverage partnership.
 In addition to the strategy and supplier development, the sourcing manager is also responsible for the on-going purchasing of the total Co-Manufactured portfolio to safeguard seamless availability of finished products to our markets.

Position Responsibilities
 Ensure that H&H has a fully operational, highly responsive supply base to meet the business needs for Good Goût.
 Build and execute a strategic review of our suppliers, and identify the key strategic levers for co-manufacturing, as well as strategic supply relationships
 Manage projects with our suppliers, to ensure optimised pricing. Conduct value chain analysis to identify opportunities, on packaging, ingredients, logistics, and implement projects.
 Lead initiatives with our suppliers to achieve H&H sustainability commitments, reducing our footprint on the planet and making a positive impact on society
 Identify and implement simplification opportunities on our procurement / supply chain related processes.
 Contribute to the New Product Development process, with Marketing and Quality teams (supplier identification / cost management).
 Maintain vendor KPIs on quality, price and supply capability, and drive improvement action plan whenever applicable.
 Monitor data management to keep accurate product, contract, & pricing information, and ensure related maintenance in the ERP.
 Monitor current and future market conditions and trends that will potentially affect the cost of purchased materials and services

 Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sourcing/Procurement.
 Relevant sourcing experience required in Raw Materials / Commodities in the food industry. Experience in packaging and co-manufacturing would be a plus.
 Knowledge on strategic sourcing package: strategies, complex problem solving, contract negotiation, price negotiation, SRM, project management, innovation, and sustainability.
 Experience in working with Fast-moving consumer goods
 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
 Fluent in French and English
