The traffic manager is in charge of the paid and organic acquisition for Gatling. At the beginning of the conversion funnel, you develop and optimize our website and our paid campaigns to increase our traffic, its quality and generate more leads.

More precisely, the mission includes 4 big parts.

1 - Digital Strategy

  • Take part in every marketing strategy
  • Build the media plannings and acquisition strategy
  • Build the SEO strategy

2 - Website

  • Update and develop new content
  • Manage the website with our web agency

3 - Paid campaigns

  • Manage our Google Ads Account
  • Manage Paid Social Campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin
  • Build landing pages
  • A/B tests Ads and landings
  • Tracking, reporting and results analysis

4 - SEO

  • Develop the SEO according to the strategy
  • Content optimization
  • Technical optimizations in cooperation with our web agency
  • Participation in the content strategy
  • Reporting

Requisitos

Skills

  • Master’s degree in marketing / digital / IT field
  • Significant experience in SEO
  • Significant experience in paid traffic
  • Proficient with Wordpress
  • Good English level

Mindset

  • Business-oriented thinker with a good analytical mind
  • Autonomous and willing to try things, test, succeed, iterate.
  • Willing to take part in cross-functional projects with a good teamwork spirit

Will be a plus

  • Proficient with Hubspot
  • Know how to use Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager
  • Interest in the IT field / Geek at some point

Proceso de selección

  • Interview with the digital marketing manager
  • Interview with the marketing director

Tests can be added depending on the interviews results.
