As a member of our Tech team, you are specifically in charge of maintaining our existing Python Agents (Django, Flask) and creating new Agents that will support new Python frameworks and allow in-app integration of our admin panel with our customers’ Python backend apps.

You will:

• Maintain the existing open source Python Agents for Forest Admin
• Design and implement the Python Agents to open Forest Admin to other Python backend frameworks (FastAPI,…) and new datasources (databases, third party services,…)
• Support new features offered by the platform over time
• Contribute to documentation providing examples code snippets and more
• Maintain the agent fixing issues reported on GitHub or Discourse to ensure community happiness
• Ensure a high level of test coverage, security and performance of the new Django agent

• Experience in developing, releasing, and maintaining web and native applications within a mature team.
• A strong knowledge of the Python language and Django framework, knowledge of a front-end Javascript framework a plus
• Solid understanding of web technologies and open source
• Passion about writing high-quality, maintainable and robust code
• Ability to work with Git
