Job description

Main objectives

  • Increase online B2B revenue share in all the Europcar Countries (Corporate + Franchise)
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve budgeted goals in sales and margin in a competitive digital eco-system
  • Reinforce the communication with Group departments and Sales community, to establish a strong and effective interaction with Services Line and to work closely with countries related to B2B segment.

Major areas of accountability :

  • Achieve, monitor online year objective/budget for B2B online business during the year  (corrective actions in case of deviations)
  • Development, preparation, and monitoringonline investment for the B2B segment in collaboration with the respective functions, countries, and eComm & Direct Sales Director
  • Define B2B Online Marketing plan to optimize efforts and maximize return on investment.
  • Digitalization of the Professional customers experience through evolutions on B2B website
  • Lead communication with Professional Services Lines team
  • Online B2B KPIs, definition and management: Define, with the stakeholders the needs to control the activity of the different sales channels
  • Control and analysis of the results of different booking (call center, online, offices) & sales channels  (Telesales, Operations, Sales team) related to B2B segment.
  • Share results and performances during monthly business reviews with countries (action plan)
  • Lead business action plans to ensure positive trend and rectify downturns
  •  Lead prospection pipeline ensuring it’s accurately documented by sales and kept up-to date via salesforce
  • Development of new online tools for attracting and maintaining customer
  • Integration of the new mobility trends in order to improve our current B2B International and Local offer of products and service (car sharing, carpooling, chauffeur service, electric cars, scooters, vans...)
  • Defining life-cycles in Pardot tool, marketing plan, and contact strategy (SFA) aligned with Service Line.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Strong coordination role within the different functions inside eComm & Direct Sales Department, also with the Service lines, Sales teams, countries MK & Sales Directors, and all concerned internal services (IT, Marketing, RCM, reporting, controlling, legal…)

External: Agencies, suppliers, partners etc…

Starting date of the fixed-term contract : as soon as possible

End date of the fixed-term contract:  31/12/2022

Preferred experience

Previous experience : 

  • E-commerce Sales and Marketing and experience, with great knowledge of B2B business.
  • Experience working in project mode, coordinating initiatives with several departments and deploying them across countries, with a special focus on IT and Sales issues.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years at an international position
  • Fundamentals on eComm tools and SFA are a plus.
  • Salesforce management and use

Languages : Fluent in English is mandatory. Another European language as an option.

Computer skills and software used : Experienced with all universal software, Salesforce, Google tools.
