Emeraude Escape is reinventing training, awareness raising, recruitment, and communication through corporate gamification. Specialized in the high-end design of tailor-made Escape Rooms, Emeraude Escape creates immersive experiences for demanding companies all over the world (CAC40, Fortune 500, etc.). Escape Rooms are produced in-house without any type of subcontracting by a team of more than 35 experts (creative and developers).

You…

• Are able to gather information from the client: identify the need (recruitment, internal and/or external communication, product launch, etc.) and the key messages in order to define the specifications with the client, taking these elements into account.

• Are able to create and imagine a scenario and storytelling: develop a narrative framework and the game design.

• Are able to design puzzles and game mechanisms: imagine puzzles in line with the scenario, the specifications and Emeraude Escape’s identity

• Have Project Management skills: develop and respect a retro-planning from the design phase to the delivery; develop an action plan taking into account the deadlines and the budget; coordinate the actions of the internal team (graphic designers, developers); ensure communication with the client

• Have a logical mind

• Are creative

• Have a sense of detail and are rigorous
