Your role

Branding is a key element at Elevo because we want to be the leader in our industry. We’re looking for a dynamic profile with a serious interest for the B2B SaaS world (HR is a plus). The role of this position is to meet our design needs with the support of our Senior Freelance Brand Designer. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work on different design topics: Content, emailing, newsletter, visuals, etc..

The missions 💪🏻🚀

  • Be a driving force in the creative direction of our marketing deliverables and more globally Elevo deliverables
  • Be the point of contact with our Senior Brand Designer Freelance and the Head of Marketing.
  • Deploy the Elevo identity on all associated graphic assets (social media, landing pages, videos, website, slide decks, datasheets, ebooks…)
  • Ensure graphic cohesion between the various communication material and channels (internal and external)
  • Create and produce the design of Elevo’s Expert white papers (2 white papers/month on average)
  • Create visuals to promote our content on different organic channels (Website, newsletter, landing pages, …)
  • Work with our Social Media manager to define visuals adapted to social networks
  • Design our sales supports (Slides, infographics, Battlecards..)
  • Illustrate, retouch, animate, highlight information to make it as impactful as possible

You will work closely with the marketing team to create consistent and engaging experiences across the entire value chain of the company.

You will have the opportunity to hone your skills alongside a Senior Brand Designer who works with us 2 days a week and who has experience at great brands (e.g. Qonto, Sellsy, iconosquare…)

Bonus : This opportunity can also end with a permanent position (CDI), if you prove that you are fit for the role 😊


Requisitos

Skills 🎯

  • Design software has no secrets for you : Figma, Sketch, Canva, Adobe… but also the Google suite (Google slides)
  • You are curious, creative and rigorous in your work and you know what is involved in the production of pixel perfect design on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of the CMS tool Webflow would be a big plus
  • Skills in motion design and video editing are also a big plus
  • You pay attention to the spelling of your deliverables and visuals
  • You can work in full autonomy
  • You are a creative thinker
  • You always challenge yourself to produce the best possible version
  • Ideally, you have a good level of english spoken and written

About you ❤️

  • You are dynamic and autonomous
  • You like to work in a team, and so do we!
  • Humility, willingness to learn, good listening skills and the ability to constantly question yourself
  • Monitoring (Dribbble, Behance…) is part of your daily life and you are very interested in what the best SaaS/brands on the market are doing in terms of design
  • A sensitivity to HR/management issues is a big plus
