Imagine having a direct impact on the growth of a company by being a key stakeholder for the commercial launch of a new product?

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for commercialising the new SAAS product developed by Early Metrics. Thanks to a strong methodology and a cutting edge technology developed the last seven years, we have built a SaaS product targeting Commercial Banks working with Startups.
You will thus be actively participating in the commercial launch and involved in the structuration of the sales team.
You will also be a risk-taker, a hunter and you will be hungry for success. Sales is hard and you will not be afraid of rejection. You embrace challenges with a “Looks like fun”-attitude and are driven by numbers.

Directly attached to the CEO, you will:

  • Support the commercial launch of a new product for Bankers;
  • Be in charge of targeting the Tier-one Banks in France;
  • Build your pipeline in your target industries through a targeted prospecting strategy;
  • Manage a portfolio of various innovative Clients from the banking industry;
  • Manage structuring contracts by navigating between renewals, tenders and hunting approaches;
  • Manage and close your own deals with Fortune 500 organisations and investors in your industry;
  • Nurture the relationships, build trust and always run the extra mile;
  • Push new ways of supporting our Clients, by participating in our products improvements policy, generating ideas and new sales processes;
  • Expose yourself to Senior stakeholders, mainly Top-level executives’ decision-makers, in your industry;
  • Represent the company during events and conferences;
  • Contribute to company projects on various transversal topics;
  • Directly impact the pace of our growth.

Requisitos

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise software or complex SaaS solutions with clear results showing your ability to develop and manage high margin business and grow a challenging portfolio;
  • You are confident selling into High-profile positions;
  • You have worked with CRM tools (Salesforce);
  • You are bilingual in English, another European language is a real asset;
