Sales Operations Analyst (M/F)

  • Based in: Paris
  • Team: Global Sales Team
  • Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director
  • Contract: Full Time Employee

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales & Marketing team beginning in June 2021. You would be responsible for building and maintaining the tools, processes and Data that will provide the best environment for the Sales and Marketing teams to reach their objectives

You will:

  • Reporting and data analysis
    • Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
    • Comparing individual performances within a sales team
    • Better forecasting to help your sales representatives work as a team
    • Ad-hoc analysis on existing clients and business issues to provide recommendations to Sales team and Executive committee
  • Project management
    • Lead ad-hoc projects (Contract automation, CRM)
    • Marketing Automation
    • API integration between tools
    • Growth Hacking
  • Tools
    • Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools
    • Screen new potential tools to support the Sales and Marketing team
  • Growth Hacking 
    • Enrichissement du CRM : trouver des solutions pour enrichir les contacts de notre CRM / faire du growth hacking
  • Training
    • Train and assist new joiners and current users on the tools we are using (Dolead products and external solutions)

What we are looking  for : 

  • You have 2 years experience in Sales Operations roles
  • You are analytical, number-oriented and rigorous
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You are autonomous; proactive, and takes initiative to achieve your sales target
  • You dream of an international experience and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are able to work in a fast paced environment
