We are currently seeking a Search ads Consultant to manage our Search campaigns for some of our 50+ active clients across North America. You would be responsible for investing Dolead’s budget in your Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to deliver the volumes asked by the clients and ensure them a good quality while optimizing Dolead profitability. This role requires strong know-how with Search ads, a balanced mix between creativity and analytical skills, and a really perf-driven mindset.

You will:

• Create and manage high budget Seach ads campaigns

• Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaigns performance
• Test, learn and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies
• Work hand to hand with Sales, Marketing-Ops and Creative teams to ensure that all elements of the funnel acquisition are the most performing
• Contribute to Dolead tech advantage by using tools for creating and optimizing ads campaigns and propose new features to implement to Dolead Product team

What we are looking  for : 

Min. 2 years experience in Search advertising (Adwords / Bing Ads)
