To reach our goals, Dolead is seeking for a motivated Lead Engineer (Fullstack) to join our Engineering team. This position will play a central role in scaling our organisation and product: You’ll be in charge on one of 3 Dolead's cross-functional team (responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment).

Mission

The Lead Management engineering team is on the core of our tech platform: it controls everything from distribution (and integration with heterogenous external systems), inventory management, analytics/reporting etc.

Your job will be to:

• Build the tools that the entire company will use - and (re)think the operational processes to be the most efficient possible.
• Help product owners plan, scope and define features and ensure they are delivered
• Hire, coach, mentor and help your team grow
• Work closely with the other teams to ensure consistency, improve code quality and development experience.

What we are looking  for : 

• At least 5y of experience on a backend OO language
  • Languages: Python preferred; Java & PHP accepted
• You have a first significant experience in Frontend development
  • Bonus point for ReactJS projects
  • Bonus point for having worked on a SaaS product (B2B, B2C)
• Database modelling and optimisation: SQL, with a bonus for noSQL (ex: Mongodb)
• A first engineering management experience
• You are fluent in English
• Communication skills - inside your team & with our users
• You are autonomous, proactive, and take initiative to achieve your target
• You are able to work in a fast paced environment

Our Technical stack

• Flask microservices + lambda functions (chalice) as our backend apps
• All our frontend applications are SPAs written in Javascript or Typescript

• We value development experience and invest in tooling to keep a high code quality and automate everything we can
• CI/CD pipelines for all environments
• We use MySQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch for storing data
